Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with our Products, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each product before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our product, clients have the liberty to request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Return Policy

  • Time Frame:Β You may return most new, unopened items withinΒ 7 daysΒ of delivery for a full refund.
  • Return Process:Β To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Condition of Items:Β Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. Used or damaged items, or any items returned more than 7 days after delivery, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping Costs:Β The shipping fee for returning Rakhi products will not be refunded. For all other products, a flat fee ofΒ Rs. 90/-Β will be charged as a restocking and return fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refund Processing:Β Refunds will be processed within a certain number of days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
  • In case of COD orders COD Charge will be deducted from your total amount.
  • Refund for the Returned Order will we credited to your Store Account on Indianpetals.com or a Gift Card of same value will be provided with a validity of 1 Year.

Use this Return Form to fill for a Return. Shipping Fee will not be refunded and has to be paid by the customer.

Exchange Policy

  • Time Frame:Β You may exchange items withinΒ 10 daysΒ of delivery.
  • Exchange Process:Β Contact our customer service to check the availability of the desired item and to receive an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number.
  • Condition of Items:Β Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Shipping Costs:Β Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order any time before Dispatch.

Please Verify your Address and Contact Number entered before placing an Order as it can not be changed later.

Refund Policy

In case the Buyer has placed an order by mistake, he/she can contact through Contact Us page. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund upon a fair investigation.

If paid by credit card, wallet or bank transfer refunds will be issued to the Customer's Bank Account within next 15 business days.
